Personal information that is collected for the process of creating or providing any creative work will be kept for the time required to complete the service/ transaction. After the story/ creative work is provided, any information collected about or pertaining to a minor will be deleted safely and securely. Information collected relating to a purchaser or any adult requesting information or a creative work will be kept for reasons including but not limited to: invoicing, financial records, taxes, audits, private business records, and any other reason legally reasonable. Use of this service implies agreement with this policy.

Copyright Policy
Creative works provided by Royalty, Robots, or Role Models are provided with limited rights reserved. The default licence provided is a Creative Commons, “By-Attribution/ Non-Commercial licence.” This entitles the rights to share, use, adapt, and do anything else with it providing that the use is not commercial or with the intent to profit, so long as the creator is credited. This licence entitles one to perform, adapt, record, copy, share, and in any other way distribute any creative work provided without worry of DMCA requests, take down notices, or any ramifications so long as it is not done for profit. We here at Royalty, Robots, or Role Models want to encourage creativity, adaptation, and play and don't want to punish such efforts by children or people who love what we do enough to want to do something else with it. We are deeply touched by any form of play and adaptation and would love to see that happen. However, we will respect the copyright of others and will not risk violating another creator's copyright. We will not use, include, steal, adapt, or in anyway involve copyright protected elements, no matter how much or little the copyright is enforced.
Byline Policy
We believe that credit is deserved where it is due which is why we require, by our standard Creative Commons licence, that attribution is provided. We at Royalty, Robots, or Role Models Stories have a well thought out policy reguarding for-profit use of our work. As per this policy any use that requires any subsitution of the byline is considered "for-profit."
Social Media Policy
Royalty, Robots, or Role Models will not share/ post/ make public personally identifiable information or pictures. Partial text may be used from any commissioned creative work. Any testimonials, pictures, reviews, or the like sent to us may be used at our discretion for any reason we find appropriate, including but now limited to posting online or over any social network that exists or will exist. The use of any such material on any such website or in any such marketing plan will comply with the terms of service of the site or platform it is used on and applies to anything created or received by us.
Content Policy
Our aim is to entertain, and entertain exclusively. We will not provide age-inappropriate material and refuse to create political, religious, educational, or potentially confrontational content. While we here at Royalty, Robots, or Role Models will jump at the chance to include messages of respect and kindness towards people of different faiths, cultures, backgrounds, abilities, genders, sexual orientations, and similar themes we will not publish or create anything that is proselytising any specific religious belief or political affiliation. Nor will we provide our service for any message that is against a group or that in anyway advocates against equality or equal rights. Furthermore as we are not trained educators we cannot meet content requirements throughout the countries we provide our service in and thus cannot allow our material to be referenced as educational material and cannot confidently state any statement or depiction is a fact or piece of information. Conversely, we are capable and willing to create entertaining stories that do or do not include a subjective moral or "life lesson" that a parent may wish to provide to their child (IE: always eat vegetables). This moral or life lesson cannot be religious (IE: the Creator says to eat your vegetables) or political (IE: eat your vegetables so you can grow up to overthrow the government and bring about an age of true American Exceptionalism).
Production Schedule Policy
We reserve the right to extend production turnaround and the process we undertake surrounding and involving developing, creating, delivering, providing, sending, researching, making, drawing, painting, and writing to suit our business needs. If our schedule will require extensions, clients for current projects will be notified via e-mail and notice will be provided through our website.
Inclusivity Policy
We are inclusive of all genders, orientations, backgrounds, ethnicities, and cultures. We utilize similarly minded resources for contextual research when needed. As per our non-educational policy, we are not able to inform on facts about genders, orientations, backgrounds, or ethnicities. But we are able to include inclusive messages of acceptance towards others.

Third Party Apps and Partners
Royalty, Robots, or Role Models Stories cooperate with a number of third party applications, apps, and partners to conduct our business. We will take the utmost care in protecting the information of our clients and customers and will discern for ourselves how we will use such apps, applications, and partners, and use which ever apps, applications, and partners we see fit that conform to Canadian provincial and federal law.
Legal Policy
Royalty, Robots, or Role Models Stories will cooperate with Canadian law, both federal and in the province of British Columbia, as well as international law. We intend to cooperate and operate within the bounds of recognized and respected, conventional moral norms—especially in relation to copyright law and federal laws within territories we intend to operate it. We will respect and cooperate with DCMA requests and investigate fully any legal request, and fully cooperate with law enforcement in any matter.
Language Policy
Correspondence must be in English. Regional variants of English may be requested via e-mail for all stories.
Pricing Policy
Royalty, Robots, or Role Models Stories reserves the right to change its prices and policies without notice. Any such changes—except where legally required—will not be retroactive changes.
Genre Policy
Royalty, Robots, or Role Models Stories will conform to the accepted and conventional norms and tropes of any selected genre. We also reserve the right to add or remove genres at any moment without notice. It is up to the client to inform us of expectations for an experience of the selected genre and inform us of any specific trope, norm, or genre convention. It is not considered the role or responsibility of Royalty, Robots, or Role Models Stories to know of, or include, every genre convention, norm, and trope. It is our responsibility to select as many genre norms, tropes, and conventions as we see fit and are able to include in the selected length of literature to create an entertaining and original story that is familiar as an example of the selected genre. Not to exemplify the quintessential and comprehensive version of the genre in question.
Abuse, Hate, Bullying, and Discrimination Policy
Royalty, Robots, or Role Models Stories will not create any content that seeks to demean, encourage negative stereotypes, spread hate or bigotry, or intends to bully, abuse, discriminate, or harass another person or group.
Slash Fiction (/fic), Fan Fiction, and Erotica Policy
Royalty, Robots, or Role Models Stories will not produce erotic, pornographic, sexual, or similar forms of “exclusively adult” material. Should such material be requested, we will suggest that instead the client should watch Finding Nemo and provide them with 5 business days to request a different genre or elements of their selected genre.
Refusal Policy
We reserve all rights to not accept any commission and are not obligated to disclose our reasoning.
Profitable Use Policy
"For profit" use constitutes any use by any other people or entities who are not duly appointed owners or representitives of Royalty, Robots, or Role Models Stories that is partially, minimally, or substantially benificial to a person or group professionally, or financially, and in educational, and/ or political pursuits.
Political profit is considered any use part of any campaigning endevor by anyone hoping to win or help somone win any election, or use by a rightfully and duly elected official in any public appearence or any chamber or office of governance for any policy or ideologic reasoning as well as referency by such person in official text including adaptation by a currently serving elected official or one who is campaigning in an election from the time they have announced their intention to run until after either their loss or tenure has expired.
Educational profit is any use or adaptation which would be graded or counted towards graduation requirements at any level of education or use in an educational setting that is to be judged or critiqued by teachers or peers. There is a notable exception to this portion of our policy for use-- by a child-- in some form of "show-and-tell." It is accepted that show-and-tell classroom activities, if graded, are graded for partisipation and not content. Use in classrooms or schools for reading as entertainment by a teacher, administrator, or student is acceptable. Use in educational settings where content is scrutinized, marked, and/ or graded-- including use in portfolios built for educational requirements-- is still forbidden.
Monetary profit is considered any use or adaptation where any amount of money is exchanged, in part or in whole, to any person or entity that is not a duly appointed owner or representitive of Royalty, Robots, or Role Models Stories. This includes but is not limited to making material provided by Royalty, Robots, or Role Models Stories, or adaptions thereof, available on websites or any type of platform that is monitized including websites and in videos with advertisements.
Professional profit is considered any use or adaptation with the intention of advancing any career or that has a direct and/ or indirect correlated effect of career advancement. This includes use or adaptation into a professional or amature portfolio.
Royalty, Robots, or Role Models Stories may be willing to grant exceptions to the above described uses if we are contacted and asked directly.
Forbiden Territory Policy
Royalty, Robots, or Role Models Stories will not sell or engage in business by any means through countries that we are legally forbidden to
